TOURS
Each tour will have an itinerary with everything that is included for that specific trip. Please make your reservation as soon as possible, as limited space is available.

DEPOSITS
Day Trips: A deposit of $25 is due within 10 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 40 days before the trip.
Extended Motorcoach Tours: A deposit is due within 10 of making the reservation. Please call the office for a payment schedule & more info on each trip. Final payment is due 40 days before the departure date.
Cruises & International Tours:  Each deposit, payment schedule and final payment will be in accordance with the policies of the cruise line or tour.

REFUNDS
Motorcoach Tours: A full refund will be given on most motorcoach tours when cancellations are received 40 days prior to departure of the tour. Within 40 days of the tour, penalties may apply. However, in cases where penalties and processing fees occur,           ( Adventure Travels, LLC cannot refund money that has not been refunded to us) the cost will deducted from the refund.
Cruises, International Tours, Rail or Fly Tours: Cancellation of these tours will result in a fee. This fee will vary from trip to trip depending on the airline, rail, or cruise ship's policies.

INSURANCE
Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. Insurance is optional. The information is available for Trip Interruption, Accident & Medical Coverage and Trip Cancellation Coverage.  For pre-existing medical conditions, you must purchase insurance within 14 days of your initial trip deposit to qualify for this coverage. Insurance information is available. Please contact the office if you are interested in this insurance.

INTERNATIONAL BORDER CROSSING
On any tour leaving the United States, it is the responsibility of each passenger to have in their possession proper documents. The Tour Coordinator will advise all passengers of the documents required.

LUGGAGE
Each person is allowed one large bag (45).  One small carry-on bag is allowed per person. This carry-on is your responsibility, and should fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment.

DISCLAIMER
Adventure Travels, LLC is providing services for tours, acts as an agent for accommodations, attractions, meals, and/or transportation, assuming no responsibility and no liability for changes of tax laws, delays, accidents, loss,damage, or injury to persons or property and/or acts of God. Also reserving the right to change arrangements when necessary and add fuel surcharge due to uncontrollable rise in fuel cost.
